After paying, share the transaction reference, student name, programme and roll/enrolment number with the Accounts office so the payment is matched to your record. PIIT never asks for fees to a personal account.
Fee collection policy
- Fees are deposited at admission as prescribed — one-time, or in instalments / semester-wise as per agreed terms.
- Fees can be paid in cash, by demand draft / cheque, or online.
- For certain courses, fees are deposited online as per university / board instructions.
- Fee heads include registration, tuition, examination, library, hostel, refundable security and miscellaneous charges, as applicable.
- For counselling admissions (B.Ed., Polytechnic), fees are paid online to the university / board as per their instructions.
- A receipt is issued for every payment made at the institute fee counter.
- The refundable security amount is returned on completion of the course.
