How we handle the information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you send an admission enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, programme of interest, qualification, state, optional city and message, and whether you would like to visit the campus. We also record the date and time, the page you used, and basic technical information (IP address and browser type) to prevent misuse.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about programmes, eligibility, admissions, scholarships and campus visits. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Authorised PIIT admissions staff, through a password-protected staff area. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed for the admission cycle and related follow-up, and then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete your enquiry, by emailing admissions@piitindia.edu.in or calling +91 8744071802.
