Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Prince Institute of Innovative Technology is established to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment and other grievances within the institution. The committee aims to create a safe and conducive environment for all students and staff.

Objectives of the Internal Complaints Committee

To provide a platform for individuals to voice their complaints and concerns.
To ensure a fair and impartial investigation of complaints.
To promote awareness and prevention of harassment and discrimination.
To recommend appropriate actions based on findings.

Composition of the Committee

Chairperson - A senior faculty member.
Members - Faculty representatives, student representatives, and administrative staff.
External Member - A representative from a women’s organization or legal expert.

Complaint Procedure

Submission of written complaint to the committee.
Preliminary assessment of the complaint.
Investigation and gathering of evidence.
Submission of findings and recommendations to the appropriate authorities.
