Admission Terms of PIIT

Prince Institute of Innovative Technology (PIIT), Greater Noida provides admission-related information, counselling support and program guidance to students and parents through its official website and authorized communication channels.

These Admission Terms explain the general conditions related to admission enquiry, eligibility, counselling, document verification, fee payment, seat confirmation and student responsibilities.

Students and parents are advised to read these terms carefully before applying for admission or submitting any admission-related information to PIIT.

These Admission Terms apply to students, parents, applicants and users who:

Admission Enquiry

Submitting an admission enquiry through the PIIT website, phone, email, WhatsApp or any other official channel is only a request for information or counselling support.

An admission enquiry does not guarantee admission, seat confirmation or fee concession.

Eligibility Criteria

Every applicant must satisfy the eligibility criteria applicable to the chosen program. Eligibility may vary according to the course, affiliating university, board, council, regulatory body and government rules.

Students are responsible for checking eligibility before applying. If a student is later found ineligible, PIIT may cancel or reject the admission as per applicable rules.

Admission Process

Seat Availability

PIIT does not guarantee seat availability unless admission is formally confirmed through the official process.

Document Verification

Applicants must submit correct and valid documents for admission verification. Documents may include academic certificates, mark sheets, identity proof, photographs, category certificate, entrance/counselling documents and any other document required for the selected program.

PIIT reserves the right to verify documents and may reject or cancel admission if documents are found incorrect, incomplete, forged, expired or misleading.

Responsibility for Correct Information

Applicants and parents are responsible for providing accurate, complete and updated information during enquiry, counselling and admission.

PIIT will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the applicant, parent or representative.

False information, fake documents or misleading claims may lead to rejection or cancellation of admission.

Fee Payment

Fee payment must be made only through official and authorized payment channels shared by PIIT.

Students and parents should verify payment details before making any payment. They should not share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or other confidential banking information with any person.

Admission or seat confirmation may depend on payment of applicable fees within the required time.

Fee Structure and Other Charges

Fee structure, registration charges, examination fees, university/board fees, hostel charges, transport charges, uniform charges, study material charges or other applicable fees may vary according to program and institutional rules.

Students and parents should confirm the latest fee details directly from PIIT before making payment.

Any fee concession, scholarship or discount will be subject to eligibility, documents, approval and applicable terms.

Admission Confirmation

Admission may be considered confirmed only after completion of required formalities, which may include:

• Eligibility verification

• Submission of required documents

• Payment of applicable fee

• Completion of admission form

• Counselling or merit process, where applicable

• Approval by the concerned authority

• Compliance with institute, university, board or council rules

Submission of an enquiry form or partial documents does not mean final admission confirmation.

PIIT may guide students regarding the process, but final admission may depend on the counselling authority, eligibility, seat allotment, reporting, document verification and applicable rules.

Scholarship and Fee Concession

Scholarship or fee concession, if available, may be provided according to institute norms, eligibility conditions, academic performance, category, government rules or applicable schemes.

Submission of a scholarship request does not guarantee approval.

Students must provide valid documents and complete required formalities to claim any scholarship or concession.

Admission Cancellation

PIIT may cancel admission if:

• The student is found ineligible

• Documents are incorrect, fake or incomplete

• Required fee is not paid

• Admission rules are not followed

• False information is submitted

• Counselling or reporting conditions are not fulfilled

• The student violates institute rules

• Any regulatory or academic authority rejects the admission

Admission cancellation will be handled according to applicable rules and PIIT’s Cancellation Policy.

Refund and Withdrawal

If a student wishes to withdraw admission or request a refund, the request will be reviewed as per PIIT’s Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and applicable rules.

Refund is not automatic after withdrawal. It may depend on date of request, nature of fee paid, admission stage, services already provided and applicable deductions.

Communication from PIIT

By submitting admission enquiry or application details, the applicant or parent allows PIIT to contact them through phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other official channels for admission guidance and institutional communication.

Communication may include admission updates, counselling support, program information, fee details, scholarship information, document requirements and important notices.

Use of Submitted Data

Information submitted during admission enquiry or application may be used for counselling, admission processing, communication, academic records, verification and institutional requirements.

PIIT handles such information according to its Privacy Policy.

Student Conduct After Admission

After admission, students are expected to follow PIIT’s academic rules, attendance requirements, discipline guidelines, anti-ragging rules, examination norms, fee payment schedule and campus code of conduct.
