Fee Payment Policy of PIIT

Prince Institute of Innovative Technology (PIIT), Greater Noida follows a structured process for fee payment, receipts, payment confirmation and student fee-related responsibilities.

This Fee Payment Policy explains the general guidelines related to admission fee, course fee, instalments, payment modes, receipts, late payment, fee verification and related communication.

Online Payment Safety

Students and parents should be careful while making online payments.

They should never share:

• OTP

• UPI PIN

• Debit/credit card PIN

• CVV

• Net banking password

• Mobile banking password

• Any confidential banking credential

PIIT will never ask for such confidential details through phone, email, WhatsApp or website forms.

Payments Through Unauthorized Channels

PIIT will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons, personal accounts, fake links, unofficial agents or misleading communication.

Students and parents should verify payment instructions directly from PIIT before making any payment.

If any user receives suspicious payment requests in the name of PIIT, they should immediately report it to the institute.

Refund and Cancellation

Refund or cancellation-related requests will be handled according to PIIT’s Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Fee payment does not automatically become refundable after cancellation or withdrawal. Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of payment, date of request, admission status, services already provided and applicable rules.
